Recharged just now but internet not working?

1. Open any browser from PC / mobile 2. Search for "cisco.com" if loaded properly then internet is working fine , or else check for other problems .
How to change IP address on Computer?

1. Click Start > Control panel 2. Click network and sharing center 3. Click on change adapter settings 4. Right click on Local Area Connection > Properties 5. Under properties click on ipv4 6. Set your IP address provided on the card.
Specific Site is not loading?

Check for other sites are working or not like yahoo / youtube . if those sites are working then internet is working fine only problem is with the site you are trying to open

1.Unplug the Router and unplug the LAN cable and plug is again and check if it fits properly. 2. See if your computer isnt slowed down by cache file . see ' How to clear cache' below this . 3. All the Lights are fuctioning properly . 4. check if your IP addres hasnt Removed itself . If still not working then call us
Internet just hanged and pages not loading ?

1.Check the wifi router if all the necessary lights are blinking , if not restart it and check again OR 2. check if the icon in the computer is connected. if working internet is working fine , if not check for other problems .
